Italian wines course

This is a three-week course with one hour-an-a- half lesson each week. The course describes wine production processes, and the main types and characteristics of Italian wines. This is followed by tasting of some of the most famous Italian d.o.c. wines. Participants will also learn to choose the most appropriate wines to accompany specific Italian dishes.
