Cancellation of the course

The cancellation of the course must be put in writing and communicated to the Centre by e-mail or fax.
The admission fee (€. 100,00) can never be returned to the student.
In case the total amount has already been paid, the following conditions are foreseen:
- Courses can be cancelled 7 days before the starting date, however the deposit will not be reimbursed. The remaining sum may be used for successive courses.
- If cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the starting date, only the 50% of the total sum may be used for successive courses.

Change of the course
- Request of change up to 7 days before the starting: the admission fee will be held, the remainder can be used for other courses.
- If change occurs less than 7 days before the starting date: the 50% of the fee will be held, the remainder can be used for other courses.

Students who have obtained a Visa through the Centro Italiano may not cancel or change the date of the course, as stated in the certificate.

The Centre reserves the right to change programmes, dates, prices, accommodation, and inform students of such changes immediately Minimum age of students: 18
The Centre is closed on official Italian holidays: Easter Monday, 1st May, 15th August, 1st November.
The Centre does not insure students against risk of illness, accidents, etc., and students are advised to take out personal insurance.

CANCELLATION OF THE COURSE

STUDENTS WHO HAVE OBTAINED A VISA THROUGH THE CENTRO ITALIANO MAY NOT CANCEL OR CHANGE THE DATE OF THE COURSE, AS STATED IN THE CERTIFICATE.
